Strong Electric Field

The Peregrine Falcon is the fastest animal on Earth during a manoeuvre called the Stoop. A Stoop is where the Peregrine Falcon dives towards the Earth reaching measured velocity in excess of 240mph or 100m/s. The Peregrine Falcon can achieve such high velocities because of the Electrostatic Effect of its feathers, the wings become electrically charged and form an aerodynamic buffer, shielding the bird from excess drag. A similar principle is used in fighter and bomber aircraft like the B2, where the wing-tip is positively charged to reduce drag.

For this reason the special characteristic of the Peregrine Falcon is the Strong Electric Field, and the electric force is 39 orders of magnitude stronger than the gravitational force.
